Health & Safety Policy
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. The therapist reserves the right to decline a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist. All tools, equipment, and linens are sanitized and disinfected after each client. No services will be performed on broken, infected, or contagious skin conditions.
Age Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must provide parental or guardian consent. Certain services—such as waxing or chemical peels—may have specific age restrictions for safety reasons.
Consultation Policy
All new clients must complete a Client Information Form before receiving any treatment. A skincare consultation may be required to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan tailored to individual needs.
Professional Conduct Policy
Radiant Beauty SA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behaviour. Clients and staff must always engage respectfully and professionally. Recording within or around the business premises is strictly prohibited without written consent from Radiant Beauty SA. The therapist reserves the right to stop a service immediately if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised.
Refund & Product Return Policy
All services are non-refundable, however concerns will be addressed with adjustments or appropriate follow-up care. Unopened retail products may be returned within 7–14 days with a valid receipt. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Hygiene & Preparation Policy
Clients are requested to arrive fresh, clean, and: Free of makeup if receiving a facial, Properly prepared according to the service booked. Pre- and post-treatment instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best possible results.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
All client information, treatment notes, and records are kept strictly confidential. Personal data is used only for service provision and will never be shared without client consent.
